Refund Policy
Returns
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at coffeelamp@info.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item).
